Selection Process :

1st    Communication Round will be conducted by ARICH (WALK IN Or Telephonic as mentioned above) & Shortlisted candidated will get call letter on 13th or 14th Oct'11 to appear below rounds in Cognizant on 15th Oct'11 ( 1 Day Process )

Rounds in COGNIZANT-

Group Discussion,  General Aptitude  , Technical , HR 

TERMS & CONDITION of PROCESS : 

1)  Selected candidate will get conditional offer letter by Cognizant.

2) Selected candidate will undergo 45 days of training as per Cognizant required skill.

3) During training candidate will not Paid by Cognizant.

4) Selected candidate have to pay partial amount of training approx ( 20K to 35K).

5) After successful training candidate will get Appointment letter & Annual CTC will be approx. RS. 3.01 Lakh.
